Al Quoz is a residential and industrial area located in the southwest of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is bordered by Sheikh Zayed Road to the north, Al Khail Road to the south, Business Bay to the east, and Jumeirah to the west. The area is divided into four sub-communities: Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, 2, 3, and 4.
The area’s history dates back to 1975 when it was developed as an industrial zone by Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum during his reign as Ruler of Dubai.
