Kohistan Rent A Car has committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness for its vehicles and to protect our employees and customers during this pandemic. The following guidelines, which are now being followed by Kohistan Rent A Car, are based on the document circulated by the Dubai Economic Department, and other published documents by competent authorities. All operating counters are now 100% sanitized every day as per DED instructions and we strictly monitor them on a daily basis. All counter has hand sanitizers and sterilization material for cleaning. A daily auditing routine is in place to check and implement all the process.
How We Protect Our Employees
Kohistan Rent A Car provides a safe work atmosphere during this challenging time and continues to monitor the situation, implementing additional safety measures at all times.
Provision of mask and hand sanitizers
DHA approved hand sanitizers have been installed at all offices. Mask and gloves are worn by every staff member working and a sufficient quantity of masks and gloves have been stocked in each location. With face shield protectors given to staff members and drivers.
Physical distancing stickers
Physical distancing stickers are placed on the floor alerting our customers and staff about distancing of 1.5 meters while transacting. Maximum capacity stickers are placed outside our counters to avoid crowding.
Employee health checks
All staff including driver and counter agent will have to go through a thermal screening before their start of the shift. A dedicated person is assigned to check all staff reporting on duty to undergo temperature checks and a log sheet is being maintained. Sick staff were asked to stay at home and a medical certificate will be required to resume service.
