Frequently Asked Questions

The three main stages of renting a car in Dubai are booking, renting a car, returning the vehicle, or the post-rental period.

You will be charged AED 5 on every salik gate crossing and will be billed at the end of your rental duration.

The UAE has rather severe traffic laws, and all roadways are radar-controlled. As a result, while operating any vehicle, all drivers must exercise caution and pay attention to traffic laws and speed limits. Driving recklessly and exceeding speed restrictions can result in severe fines.

Vehicles are covered by full comprehensive insurance as per the UAE laws. However, a police report must be obtained at the time of an accident or in case of damage. If the renter failed to produce a valid police report to Car Provider, all charges incurred will be the responsibility of the client, even if CDW has been taken. No replacement vehicle will be supplied and rental charges will continue until a police report is received along with any other relevant documents. In case of an accident and/or damage, the client is required to pay excess liability if CDW is not taken. A valid Police report is also required. In the event of theft of a rented vehicle, the police and the car rental company must be notified immediately; otherwise, the cover would be rendered void. Insurance covers the use of the vehicle in the U.A.E. only unless Car Provider gives a prior agreement.

The security deposit will be released 21 days after returning the car through western union or cheque or UAE bank account deposit.

If you exceed the allowed km then there will be an additional charge of 1 AED per kilometer.

We have a straightforward fuel policy: the car should be returned with the same amount of petrol as when it was rented. The renter is responsible for paying fuel and service fees if the fuel level is low.

Customers must adhere to a few basic rules for booking, renting, and returning a vehicle at Rental Cars UAE. One-day additional cost and a late fine will be charged if the customer does not return the vehicle by the date specified in the contract. If you let us know ahead of time that you’ll be returning the car later than expected, we’ll charge you for the extra day and waive the late fee.

The supplier of this vehicle needs the driver to be minimum 21 years of age.
